Cursor keys in Web player not working?

Hi,
I am a complete novice so really sorry if this is a silly mistake but I am having problems with the web player in that the cursor keys do not move the player.
I am using Windows 11 with edge browser but have also tried chrome and get the same results.
I have tried starting from scratch with the original template starter game but still no luck.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Some browsers require you to click in the window once before a page can respond to keyboard input. Perhaps that’s the issue?

Thanks for the help, unfortunately still the same problem. Very odd. It was working fine so I am suspecting a Window update or something like that. I have an older Windows 10 laptop and that is fine, even with the same Edge browser! Thanks again for answering, much appreciated.
