Customisable Keyboard Controls for the Playdate Simulator

Hi Panic team,

Would it be possible in a future version of the Playdate Simulator to allow users to customise the keyboard controls?

The current default controls are not very convenient on a French AZERTY keyboard, so being able to remap them would make the simulator much easier to use. :france: :laptop: :yellow_square:
