In 3.02, all MacOS simulator shortcuts reverted back to PCs shorctuts

The animated gif issue is a pdc issue (it is recompiling them unnecessarily), not a Simulator issue. It has been logged but no ETA on a fix at this point.

MacOS uploads to device still uploads unchanged animated Gifs in 3.02
