Hi everyone!
Mighty excited today when I saw the package in my mailbox.
Unpacked and tried to power it up but to no avail. No battery charge. OK so I charge it and it powers up but I can't start anything.
D-pad and crank works but the buttons feel "numb" and nothing starts. Any clues or advice?

Yikes, there a and b are supposed to feel like a aoft to medium microswitch. I'd contact them directly via email to let them know. I'm guessing you can't get to the input test without the a button (i just checked)
