Large sprites in pulp?

Hello, I am trying to make a semi-decent version of Ace Attorney in Pulp, but I'm wondering if there is any way to make large (eg: more than 8 by 8) sprites without just putting lots of sprites together?

Combining tiles is the way to go—Pulp is really built around the concept of tiles. We can see about providing some tools for making it easier to manage and use those, but the whole idea of a grid is central to how Pulp works. Some ideas probably won’t fit that perfectly, and while you can still hack it in (I personally like the challenge!) in other cases it would be better to go with the SDK.
