Move older SDK in a single folder

Now, after few SDK updates, I have a bunch of older SDK in my home directory.
I really like that the update save older SDK and it proved to be very useful to do that.

However I would suggest to moved them all in a single directory (something like ~/PlaydateSDK-PreviousVersions/) to not pollute the home directory.

I could see it also being useful to allow use to choose in the installer if we want to move or delete old SDKs.
