All games showing as needing updates when none are actually required

I’m having an error on my settings>games list where every game is showing up as needing an update, even sideloaded games.

Cause/How to Recreate:

I know that they don’t actually have updates because the error occurred right after I interrupted an install of “Recommendation Dog” and disconnecting from wifi. Ever since then the device shows that every game has an update available, including sideloaded games. Selecting “update all” seems to redownload the game. All games are working normally.

I am having the same issue, after attempting to install P-Racer and losing wifi.

Resolved with a factory reset.

I think some internal game list got corrupted or something. I was seeing "Error fetching game list: Internal Error: 8" when I had it connected to the simulator and I went to Settings->Games. Redownloading everything had no effect -- issue returned after reboot. Factory reset seems to have solved it for good.
