Check accessibility settings in Pulp

1. Describe your reason for requesting this feature. What problems are you running into?

   • Playdate users have accessibility settings like Reduce Flashing Mode or Upside Down, but they're not available to check in Pulp games.

2. How would this request improve your experience with using Pulp?

   • Pulp games could be more accessible.

   • Removes the burden of Pulp games having to "reinvent the wheel" to prioritize accessibility.

3. Include any other details you have relating to this request.

   • datetime is read-only and presumably comes directly from Playdate OS. So this could be used as a model/pattern for transferring accessibility data into Pulp.

   • Could also be added to config but that seems to contain more Pulp-specific values.
