Under section 3.5, step 2 is:
"In the dialog that appears, under "Build & Run", click the plus (+) button."
There is no "Build & Run" in the latest version of Nova (7.2). This section is called "Tasks".
Minor issue, but it was confusing for a first-time Nova user.
