The feature is to be able to have card and icon deselect animations in the main menu; ones that play when you select another game. They'd only be there for aesthetics and to let the main menu feel more alive than it already is. Just thought it would be a neat and charming addition to an already neat and charming handheld that, let's be honest, already has a positive, everlasting impact on hundreds of thousands of people, maybe even more.
