This is on device, OS 3.1.2. I haven't received a notification of new games available in Catalog in a while, at least the drop on 9/22 and the extra on 9/24 (likely further back, I just wasn't really noticing or not). This means I get no on-screen notification on the clock screen and no notification light. I get notifications of new games I buy or sideload, and settings are on to also get catalog updates.
I asked on the Discord, and only one other person responded that they are probably seeing it, but they were also the only person to respond, so I don't know if it's more widespread.
Edit to add: I sideloaded a few games via the website, and it took longer than the previous ~10 hours for them to show up. Has the background check timer been changed from the old 10 min after lock, and then 10 hours thereafter?
