Hi! As a project to help me get familiar with the inputs of the Playdate, I created an input testing program in Pulp. It lets you know when you press buttons, spin the crank, and tracks the orientation of the Playdate.
It's mostly to help me learn all the controls, but if you'd like you can download the pdx and Pulp json below
