Simulator litters folders when launched from the CLI

On Windows, if you invoke the simulator from the CLI it will litter folders into the current directory: .sentry-native, Data, Games, Screenshots

Steps to reproduce:

~/Documents\PlaydateSDK\bin\PlaydateSimulator.exe
ls

I have previously observed similar behavior on macOS, but never nailed down a repro.
Appears consistently on windows.

Edit: This happens on macOS too (but no .sentry-native folder)
