Simulator on Linux fails to run pdx with non-Latin characters in its name

Using SDK 1.10.0 on Ubuntu 21.10

Trying to run this game: Pulp Game Jam dev log: Neven & Dave's game
After extracting the zip file, the directory name is I Was Dead, But….pdx. Note the use of the ellipsis (codepoint U+2026).

When providing the pdx as a command line argument, the simulator fails to run it with the unrelated error (null) was built with an old version of the SDK.

After renaming the directory to remove the ellipsis, the game launches correctly.
