I've found pd_api_scoreboards.h file in SDK 2.3.0, but I can't find any documentation at https://sdk.play.date/2.3.1/Inside%20Playdate%20with%20C.html
I suppose it's a primary features that needs to be present in C API documentation.
Score boards are only available to games distributed in Catalog. So, docs are separate. See here:
