What is the Latest version of Pdv encoder?

Pdv files are mentioned in the docs, but I couldn't find a word on how to create them.

Does this post contain the latest version of the encoder?

removed border from play button (but it's still unicode ), reduced decode pipeline length so that parameter changes are visible sooner in playback: 1bitvideo.app.zip (857.4 KB) added left/right arrow key actions for moving back/forward a frame, space bar starts and stops playing. 1bitvideo.app.zip (858.5 KB)

Oops, looks like I never posted the update with settable video size. Here's a current build: 1bitvideo.app.zip (202.8 KB) I have the portable command-line version of the encoder working now using ffmpeg, will get that cleaned up and the source posted as soon as I can get all the other more important stuff taken care of.
