[Windows] Simulator window doesn't save position when closed

SDK Version: 2.4.1
SDK Platform: Windows

Reproduction steps:

  1. Open Simulator.
  2. Move Simulator window.
  3. Close Simulator using the X in the top right.
  4. Reopen Simulator.
  5. Observe that Simulator window reopens in the middle of the screen.

Expected behavior: Window reopens at the same position where it was closed.

Reproduction rate: 100%

This issue is not observed on version 2.4.0.
