Allow dynamic change of card image

For my video player app, I’d love to be able to change the card image (in SystemAssets/card.png) dynamically. For example, to be able to have a dynamic image based on the user videos. (Kind of like this card image for the Playorama Community Bundle.)

I imagine this could be used through a variety of apps and games too. For example, a game could change it’s card image depending on your progress in the game.

This feature would be akin to how certain apps on iOS let you customize their icon.

I believe Panic was kicking that idea around for a while (there's code in the Launcher for an analog clock face). Unlikely, but I'd like to see it be possible without hacking shenanigans.
