So Unfortunately, on the MacOS simulator, I still see a all animated Gif files uploaded systematically, even if they didn’t change.
I think we discussed the possibility of fixing on the last version? All other unchanged files are not copied over, but all animated Gifs are always copied over, regardless if they changed or not. That increases quite a bit the upload times.
Prior to 3.00 uploading to the device was blazing fast on the macOS simulator. Is it possible to revert to that, whatever you were doing?
I’m seeing the same behavior on macOS — animated GIFs are always re-uploaded even when unchanged, while other assets are correctly skipped. This feels like a regression from pre-3.00 and has a noticeable impact on deployment times, so it would be great to get the old change-detection behavior back or have GIFs handled the same way as other files.
