When is the 2.7.0 firmware update for the Playdate coming?

I just installed the 2.7 SDK but now I can't test the game on the device since it says it needs an update.
When is the update coming for the device?

I think you can check for update in the device settings and it should download. There was talk on the discord about the firmware having some bugs for Rev A devices.

Yeah, I already checked on both my devices and none of them found a new firmware. :pensive:

Same issue, I have 2 devices, one of them has the beta but the screen broke so I don't use that one for playing games and my other is on the stable and is the one I use so I've been waiting to install Cloudburst.

I received my update. I have a REV A device.

Both of mine are REV Bs according to rae's app, but my older one has a serial number with a 1 and my newer one with a 4

Hey all, we pulled the firmware for 2.7.0 after an issue was discovered. We hope to have a 2.7.1 SDK/OS available in a few days.

So, I'll just go back to the 2.6.2 SDK in the meantime.
