How to find simple template to change "scenes" in a game?

Hi!
After searching in the doc and the internet, I could not find any resources on how to change "scenes" in a game. For example to switch from the title screen to the game (this is exactly my case now).
Do you know where to find examples to understand how to do this? For example with an empty and basic template?
